Ecommerce automation — orders flow, you manage
An online store generates dozens of manual tasks a day: processing orders, updating stock, answering customers, mailing and reporting. AB Sync builds automations for Shopify and WooCommerce stores in Israel that connect the shop to your CRM, WhatsApp, email and sheets — so orders are handled, customers stay informed and stock stays synced, hands-free.
Where do online stores lose the most time and money?
Three classic holes: abandoned carts nobody follows up (about 70% of carts on average!), customer service answering "where is my order" again and again, and stock updated manually and late — leading to selling items that ran out. All three are solved with automation, usually within a few weeks.
What does it look like in practice?
A new order lands in the CRM with the customer tagged, a confirmation goes out on WhatsApp, stock updates, and when the order ships the customer gets a tracking number automatically. Cart abandoned? A well-worded reminder goes out at the right moment. And every morning a summarised sales report waits in your inbox. We build all of this on the store's existing infrastructure — no platform switch.
Example automations we build

-

Customers enter mailing lists based on what they bought — with no manual work.
-
Google Sheets Daily sales report
A sales and stock summary reaches you every morning, synced to your spreadsheet and inbox.
Frequently asked questions
Which store platforms do you work with?
Mainly Shopify and WooCommerce, but also Wix and Israeli platforms — any store with an API or connector. The automations sit on top of the store, so you can almost always stay where you are.
Abandoned-cart recovery on WhatsApp — is that allowed?
Yes, when done properly: contacting a customer who started a purchase with you, with a clear opt-out, in line with Israeli spam law and WhatsApp Business policy. We are strict about this in every automation.
We also have a physical shop. Can stock be synced?
Yes — we connect the physical shop's POS or stock system to the online store, so a sale in one channel updates the other. It is one of our most requested integrations.
The store is small — at how many orders a day does this pay off?
From as few as 5–10 orders a day the automation pays for itself, because the time per order is fixed. And at hundreds of orders, running without automation is simply impossible.
